As one of our highly valued Lead Educators at C&K Cotton Tree, you’ll work alongside your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team in a full-time role as a lunch float and leave cover. This unique position offers 40 hours per week with a monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO) and provides the opportunity to work across all age groups breaks and step into rooms as needed when team members are away, helping maintain consistency and quality care for the children. We're looking for a flexible, team-oriented professional who holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), has strong communication and organisational skills, and is confident working across multiple room

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
