About Goodstart Toowoomba – Spring Street
Experience the charm of our cosy, country home-style at Goodstart Toowoomba where children aged 12 months to six years thrive. Join a 68-place centre as an Early Childhood Teacher in leading a fun, play-based program in beautifully designed rooms and shaded outdoor spaces.
• Working a lively group of 22 children in a vibrant, engaging Kindergarten room. Collaborate with two passionate educators to create a nurturing and dynamic learning environment.
• Allocated programming hours
• Enjoy set shifts within our convenient operating hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm, giving you a balanced work-life schedule.
• Added benefit of getting a RDO (Rostered Day Off), giving you extra time to rest, recharge, or pursue what you love.
• Create a nurturing, inclusive, and fun learning environment.
• Develop child-led, play-based programs that prepare children for school and life.

You’ll need:
• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Queensland – Teacher Registration voluntary if eligible, not required
