About Goodstart Caloundra
Passionate about leading quality education and supporting a close-knit team in a beautiful coastal setting? Goodstart Caloundra is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to join our vibrant early childhood community.
Located just minutes from Caloundra’s stunning beaches and close to shopping centres, schools, and public transport, Goodstart Caloundra offers care and education for children aged 15 months to 6 years. We are a community-focused centre that values connection, creativity and collaboration. Our vision, “Together as a family, for children,” guides everything we do.
• Working in a full-time floating position where you’ll support Early Childhood Professionals across all age groups and rooms, bringing consistency, flexibility and strong leadership to daily routines.
As an Educational Leader, you will have 5 dedicated hours per week to:
• Collaborate with Early Childhood Professionals on curriculum planning and documentation
• Guide and mentor the team to uphold the National Quality Standard
• Lead reflective practice to enhance learning outcomes
• Promote community connections that enrich the learning environment

You’ll need:
• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification or ACECQA approved equivalent, then we’d love to talk to you about which of our amazing opportunities would be the best fit for you.
