About us:

Tennis For Kids is an innovative company that specialises in the delivery of Hot Shots tennis coaching to primary school children. We coach on location across +30 primary school locations in Brisbane.

About the role:

Ready to serve up some fun? Tennis for Kids is looking for Casual Tennis Instructors to join our team and bring the excitement of tennis to kids across Brisbane primary schools!

We offer flexible shifts on weekdays (7am-8:30am or 3pm-5pm) so you choose hours that fit your schedule, with a minimum commitment of 5 sessions per week. We will aim to match you with schools near your home or within a short 15–20-minute drive so you can enjoy a hassle-free workday.

No prior coaching experience? No problem! Tennis For Kids will provide a comprehensive training program to help you feel confident and ready to teach.

Pay ranges from $30-$45 per hour based on your experience, plus performance-based bonuses at the end of each term. You’ll also have full autonomy in your role, and we provide all the equipment you need to get started.

About you:

We’re looking for tennis enthusiasts who have a solid tennis playing background and a passion for sharing sport with kids. If you love tennis, enjoy working with children, and have great communication skills, we want to hear from you.

You’ll also need a reliable car to transport yourself and your tennis gear, and if you don’t already have a Blue Card, you will be required to obtain one.

Reliability is key – so bring your energy and commitment to the court!
