Description
The Role
We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruitment Coordinator) to manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of volume-based roles including hospitality, cleaning, administration, and utility positions across our remote site portfolio.
You'll work closely with Site Managers and Operational leaders, identifying top talent and ensuring they are onboarded smoothly and efficiently through our ELMO Connect platform.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires resilience, organisation, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise and promote vacancies across multiple channels
- Screen applications and conduct structured phone screens
- Coordinate and conduct interviews for volume roles
- Conduct reference checks and recommend candidates for hire
- Manage candidate progress through Connect (ELMO)
- Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-turnover roles
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with site needs
Skills And Experiences
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience with high-volume recruitment is highly desirable
- Experience recruiting for the remote sector or FIFO environments will be highly regarded
- Comfortable working independently with strong organisational skills
- Proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Confident communicator with a solutions-focused mindset
- Prior experience using an ATS (Connect/ELMO experience highly regarded)
