The Role
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to provide essential support to our Talent Acquisition team.
You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role — ensuring our systems, processes, and documentation are up to date, accurate, and compliant. You’ll liaise with consultants, candidates, and internal stakeholders to help drive an efficient and seamless recruitment experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Track approved requisitions and monitor recruitment progress in Connect (ELMO)
- Support consultants with reference checks, compliance documents, and medical bookings
- Update candidate records and ensure system accuracy
- Liaise with candidates to provide updates and collect final information post-offer
- Coordinate onboarding handovers
- Generate recruitment reports and maintain dashboards
- Provide general administrative and process support across the recruitment function
Skills And Experiences
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR admin, or high-volume admin support
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with ELMO or similar recruitment/onboarding platforms is a plus
- You’re tech-savvy, self-motivated, and always one step ahead
