Edge Early Learning is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our dynamic team. We're looking for candidates to work across various locations with at least 3 years of Lead Educator experience who are available to work full-time across opening and closing shifts, Monday to Friday.
We have positions available in various locations such as Grange QLD, North Pimpama QLD and Oaklands Park SA, where the annual salary being offered is $76,515.00 per year.

As a Lead Educator, you'll work alongside the Centre Director and Educational Leader to design and deliver high-quality, culturally responsive learning experiences for children. You will:
- Lead and Mentor: Guide a team of educators within a room, focusing on individual development and mentoring to ensure the highest standards of care and supervision.
- Collaborate: Work seamlessly with fellow educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
- Create: Foster a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
- Develop: Nurture our team members, empowering them to confidently contribute to our children's learning journeys.
- Connect: Build trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with EYLF and NQS standards, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Diploma or higher Early Childhood Qualification (ACECQA recognised).
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Educator.
- Availability to work 5 days per week across opening and closing shifts.
- Current certificates: First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.

- Excellent leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
