As a Workforce Consultant, you’ll partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to design and deliver effective workforce solutions — from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to workforce planning, candidate experience, and compliance.
This hands-on role will see you:
- Lead recruitment activities, including job briefs, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines and engage with local communities and industry groups.
- Use workforce data to inform hiring decisions and support operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to solve staffing challenges and drive performance.

What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, labour hire, or workforce planning.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Operational recruitment experience (manufacturing or logistics ideal).
- High attention to compliance, detail, and workforce data.
