Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since 1948 with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills and an in-house commodity trading team. About you:
Do you have great customer service and sales skills and the ability to meet deadlines whist balancing a range of work? Are you self-motivated with a keen interest in an agricultural environment? Yes, then a casual position in our AgriSolutions Store in Kingaroy could be right for you!
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Providing agricultural advisory and sales service to clients - building business partnerships with our customer base through the provision of sound technical advice.
- Assisting with inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch.
- Processing of sales and generating quotes.
- Forklift operation and customer deliveries.
- Delivering products to our customers.

What skills and experience do you need to succeed in this role?
- Drivers licence essential.
- Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
- A knowledge of farm input industry products and their use, including livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge, highly beneficial.
- Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment.
- Natural customer relations and communications skills.
- Ability to work productively in a small team.
- Experience in inward and outward goods as well as good mathematical skills being an advantage.
- Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications.
- Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting.
- A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
