What You'll Be Doing:
- Safely operate forklifts (counterbalance and high reach)
- Pick and pack prefabricated steel kits (sheds, fencing, carports)
- Read and follow pick lists or job sheets
- Follow site safety rules and use PPE
- Work as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
What We're Looking For:
- A valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience using forklifts in a yard, warehouse, or factory
- Fit for physical work and familiar with safe manual handling
- Strong safety focus and work ethic
- Must pass pre-employment drug & alcohol screening

Forklift Loader - Steel Yard (Townsville - Bohle)
Location: Townsville - Bohle
Shifts: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, Friday 7:30am-1:00pm
Work Type: Ongoing casual with full-time potential
We're currently recruiting for a Forklift Loader to support a busy steel yard in Bohle. This hands-on role involves picking, packing, and loading long-length steel sheeting and mixed orders. If you've got strong forklift skills and a solid work ethic, this could be a great fit.
About the Role:
- Pick and pack steel orders using a forklift
- Load trucks and utes with long-length sheeting
- Follow pick lists and ensure customer orders are accurate
- Maintain safety and assist team as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience loading/unloading steel or bulky items
- Physically capable and reliable
- Willing to follow site procedures
- Must pass drug & alcohol screening
