We are situated centrally on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland, between pristine coastal environments and the natural beauty of the hinterland. We provide for the families of Bli Bli and surrounding areas of Maroochy River, Nambour, and Yandina.
Our school provides a nurturing and supportive environment for your children, where their individual needs are respected and personalised learning approaches allow each child to reach their full potential.
Children from Prep to Year 6 are provided with a variety of academic, cultural, sporting, and social opportunities that will challenge, stimulate, and excite them.

About The Role
As the Principal, you will :
- Deliver the vision of the department.
- Improve the educational outcomes of students.
- Develop the quality of teaching and learning.
- Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community, and stakeholders.
The Principal reports to the School Supervisor.
You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivering the following key tasks :
- Lead the school community to develop, articulate, and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values-based, ethical, and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry, and business.
- Be futures-oriented and strategic.
- Understand the legislation and policies impacting schooling.
- Manage resources to achieve goals.
