The Q Automotive Group is a family owned company and has been established for over 30 years, consisting of Toyota, Ford, Suzuki, Isuzu Ute and MG franchises, with locations at Lismore, Springwood, Beenleigh, Ipswich, Emerald and Townsville.

Moreton Bay Ford & Suzuki is experiencing significant growth and is looking for a motivated and polished Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our New & Used Vehicle sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be rewarded for their results.

This role is ideal for a confident salesperson ready to take their performance - and income - to the next level.

As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you will present and sell a premium range of vehicle protection and lifestyle products to customers who have just purchased their vehicle. This includes:

• Ceramic paint protection
• Fabric & leather interior protection
• Window tinting
• Rust protection
• Dash cameras
• Scratch & dent memberships
• Additional accessory upgrades

You will also prepare warranty and compliance documents, perform quality control checks, manage reporting requirements, and deliver exceptional customer service as part of a supportive dealership team.

Full training and ongoing support are provided to ensure your success.

You will thrive in this role if you are:

• An experienced Aftermarket Consultant or a strong salesperson from another industry (retail, cosmetics, mobile phones, fashion, luxury goods, etc.)
• Confident, driven, and motivated to exceed targets
• A fast responder who is organised and efficient
• Professionally presented with excellent communication skills
• A strong team player with a positive attitude
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences

Automotive aftermarket experience is preferred but not essential. If you have strong sales flair and a track record of achieving (or exceeding) targets, we want to hear from you.
